6-Week Program Structure

A clear path from introduction to certification.

Each week combines instruction with hands-on activities so participants can immediately apply what they learn.

Workforce Development

Professionalism, punctuality, teamwork, work ethic, equipment ID, attire, and trailer loading.

Safety Training

PPE, heat prevention, hazard recognition, roadside awareness, inspections, and emergency response.

Equipment Operation

Push mower, zero-turn mower, trimmer, blower, fuel handling, and safe operating techniques.

Lawncare Techniques

Mowing patterns, edging, trimming, quality control, practice maintenance, and team projects.

Equipment Maintenance

Daily routines, oil checks, blade inspections, air filters, cleaning, servicing, and checklists.

Entrepreneurship

Customer service, pricing, marketing, financial literacy, mock consultations, and business planning.

Community Impact

Creating opportunity while strengthening neighborhoods.
